What Insurance Networks are Accepted?

Sessions are not currently covered by insurance, however, I do have available relief programs that will help make our sessions affordable. Please book your consultation for more information.

What is the appointment cancellation policy?

If you cancel your session within 24 Hours, there will be no fee. If within 24 hours prior to the appointment, a 50% fee is charged. In case of no-show appointments, the full 100% fee is charged.

Do you work with couples?

Yes! I see couples for premarital sessions or general relationship counseling. Please contact me for an initial session to find out if we're a good fit!

Who Do You Work Well With?

I work well with tweens, teens, and adults needing support with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am passionate about working with clients experiencing issues in pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. I specialize in supporting adult children of narcissistic parents and other personality disorders. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and diversity aware and inclusive.

I take a holistic, person-centered approach to counseling. While I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs, I often incorporate Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques into my sessions to help guide you in discovering a life worth living.
